Where do training sessions take place? +
Sessions happen wherever works best for you — your home, a nearby park, your apartment complex grounds, or fully online via video call with live form coaching.
How quickly will I see results? +
Most clients notice meaningful physical and energy changes within 3 to 4 weeks. Significant visual transformation typically happens between weeks 8 and 12 depending on consistency and goals.
